Daniel Brewer was the second son, and third child born to Norma and Luther Brewer. He was born on an army base in Japan. Daniel is also my father, and I - his "oldest girl child" a term he so generously gave me in an email several years ago. Nomo loved to tell me her version of going into labor for my father. According to Nomo, she was at a banquet dinner at the army base when her water broke and she went into labor. Now, from the way she told it, you'd swear that the closet hospital was in Egypt. hahah - but all worked out in the end. She was very fond of Danny's nurse maid - who often called him Danny-son, which was a term of endearment.
